Maine Basketball - Southern Maine SportsZone Basketball Tournaments, Leagues and Camps

MBR/SportsZone Shooting Camp for Boys and Girls

MBR and the SportsZone are excited to offer a Shooting Camp for boys and girls entering grades 5-12. The camps instructor will be Lenny Holmes who brings a vast amount of experience teaching the art of shooting to players of all ages and skill levels. Players will be taught correct shooting form and will have the opportunity to participate in multiple drills that reinforce those correct shooting fundamentals. Coach Holmes will utilize video analysis to help players visualize their technique and develop the proper shooting habits. Players will be taught in small groups to maximize their level of personal instruction. The camp is being offered July 27-29th at the Southern Maine SportsZone in Saco, Maine and is open to boys and girls. Campers can come for one, two or all three days of instruction. Cost is $95 for all three days or $35 for one day.

MBR/SportsZone Post Player Camp for Boys and Girls

 

MBR and the SportsZone are excited to offer a Post Player Camp for boys and girls entering grades 5-12. The camps instructor will be Lenny Holmes who brings a vast amount of experience teaching the art post position to players of all ages and skill levels. Players will be taught correct post positioning, post moves and how to finish around the basket. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in multiple drills that reinforce those fundamentals. Players will be taught in small groups to maximize their level of personal instruction. The camp is being offered August 3-5th at the Southern Maine SportsZone in Saco, Maine and is open to boys and girls. Campers can come for one, two or all three days of instruction.
Cost is $95 for all three days or $35 for one day.

MBR/ME Hoops Fall League

Boys and Girls Divisions 5th-12th Grades

Dates: Sundays, October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. Leagues All-Star games on Nov. 7

Cost: $695 per team.. Guaranteed 10 games

Pick your home court with locations in: Bangor, Waterville/Augusta, Saco /Portland

All Star games for all age division.

FORMAT: Play 2 games each Sunday for 5 Sundays
